Welcome to Grea Iras. We’re delighted to host you. Here’s a rundown of everything you need to know about your apartment, the building and your new neighbourhood.

  • Connect to our free WiFi network Grea Iras Apartments.

  • Our remote concierge crew is available 24/7 via WhatsApp - just click here to send us a message - day or night.

  • Your door code will give you access to the building up to 3pm on the day of your check out.  

    You can also use your keycard to access the building - just scan it over the keypad. Your keycard will stop working at 11am on your check-out day.

    Lost keycard? You can get a replacement at our self-service stations using your booking details. 

  • Please check-out by 11:00am on the day of your departure.  Your keycard will stop working after this time.

    A late check-out may be available upon request and for a fee. Please contact our crew via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your departure time to check availability.   

    Before you check out, please ensure: 

    • Dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher 

    • Rubbish is disposed of at the municipal rubbish bins located one minute away (55m) opposite Menaihmiou 4. Use the green bin for general waste and the blue bin for recycling.  

    • All lights, AC, and appliances are switched off  

    • Windows are securely closed  

    • Return keycards to the self-service stations

  • You can store your luggage in the lockers by the entrance up to 3pm on your check-out day.

    Locking instructions are on the inside of the door.

    All luggage stored after check-out must be collected by 3pm on the day of departure, otherwise you may incur a fine. Luggage is stored at your own risk. 

    Your door code will stop working after 3pm.

  • Your apartment will be cleaned every 3rd day of your stay. Bed linen and towels will be replaced and rubbish will be removed.  

    If you need to dispose of rubbish sooner, please go to the municipal rubbish bins located one minute away (55m) opposite Menaihmiou 4. 

    Use the green bin for general waste and the blue bin for recycling.  

    Please place the Do Not Disturb hanger on the outside of your door if you do not want your apartment cleaned. 

  • Microwave:  The programming options are described on the top inside edge of the microwave oven - open the door to see them. Select the function and START. Press the arrows to increase or decrease time.

    Hob:  Press on/off button followed by + and - of the ring you want to heat.

    Coffee machine:  Fill the tank in the back of the coffee machine with water, open the top to insert a coffee capsule and then press the single or double symbol. 

    Dishwasher:  The operating buttons are located on top of the inside of the door. The on/off button is on the right.  Select the desired function, followed by START.

    Please turn off all appliances after use.  

  • The temperature control is mounted on the wall by the front door.  Please turn off when leaving.

  • Lighting controls for the main room are located by the front door and by the bed.

    Press the round dial to switch on the light and turn the dial to change the dimming setting.

    Press and hold the other buttons to adjust the dimming setting for the other lights in the room.

    The bathroom light controls are by the bathroom door. The bottom light is a night light.

    Please turn off all lights before you leave.

  • Press the button on the left side of the bed to recline your bed from a couch to a fully flat bed. 

  • Wash + Go is located on the ground floor and includes washing machines and tumble dryers available on a first come, first served basis. 

    Use your keycard to enter 24/7. 

    The machines are free to use and self-service.

  • The fitness room is currently not available while we wait for the delivery of new equipment.

    Thank you for your understanding.

  • Noise: Please respect the other guests and abide by local legislation by keeping noise to a minimum between 3:00-5:30pm and 10:00pm – 8:00am. Parties, loud music, or gatherings are not permitted and breach of peace during these hours can result in a fine or even imprisonment. 

    Smoking: This is a non-smoking building. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited and will result in a fine of €250. If you wish to smoke or vape, please use the park opposite our building and next to the church. 

  • Please familiarise yourself with the evacuation plan on the back of your apartment door. The evacuation point is the corner of the church garden opposite this building.  

    Fire extinguishers and alarm break points are located on every corridor.  

    Smoke detectors are fitted in every room and in all corridors.

    SPAR Stiles Olympiou is a 7-minute walk. Open 8am-10pm (12-7pm on Sundays)
