Your entry code and keycard will give you access to the building and your apartment up to 11:00am on the day of your check out.
If your keycard does not work or you are locked out, contact our remote crew via WhatsApp.
Lost keycard? You can get a replacement at our self-service stations using your booking details.
Access
Please check-out by 11:00am on the day of your departure. Please note your keycard and access code will stop working after this time.
A late check-out may be available upon request and for a fee. Please contact our crew via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your departure time to check availability.
Before you check out, please ensure:
Dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher
Rubbish is disposed of at the municipal rubbish bins located one minute away (55m) opposite Menaihmiou 4. Use the green bin for general waste and the blue bin for recycling.
All lights, AC, and appliances are switched off
Windows are securely closed
Return keycards to the self-service stations. We’d also love it if you left us a review on your way out!
Check out
WiFi
Connect to our free WiFi network Grea Iras. You do not require a password.
If you cannot connect to the WiFi, please try restarting your device. If the problem persists, contact us via WhatsApp.
Luggage storage
We have a small number of luggage lockers on the ground floor. Locking instructions are on the inside of the door. All luggage stored after check-out must be collected by 3pm on the day of departure, otherwise you may incur a fine. Luggage is stored at your own risk.
Wash & Go is located on the ground floor and includes washing machines and tumble dryers available on a first come, first served basis.
Use your keycard to enter 24/7.
The machines are free to use and self-service. Instructions are provided. After using the tumble dryer, we request that you remove fluff from the filter.
Grea Iras cannot be held responsible for any damage to the clothes that may occur during washing/drying, injury, or misuse of appliances. The use of the facilities is at your own risk.
Laundry facilities
Kitchen appliances
Microwave: Functions available include microwave, microwave + grill, quick defrost, auto cook, keep warm, and child lock.
Hob: Switch on/off by pressing the button with a circle and vertical line through the middle. Then press + and – to adjust the heat.
Coffee machine: Fill the tank in the back of the coffee machine with water, open the top to place a coffee capsule and then press the single or double symbol.
Dishwasher: The operating buttons are located on top of the inside of the door. The on/off button is on the right.
Please turn off all appliances after use.
Your apartment will be cleaned every third day of your stay. Bed linen and towels will be replaced and rubbish will be removed.
If you need to dispose of rubbish sooner, please go to the municipal rubbish bins located one minute away (55m) opposite Menaihmiou 4.
Use the green bin for general waste and the blue bin for recycling.
Please place the Do Not Disturb hanger on the outside of your door if you do not want your apartment cleaned.

Fitness
The spin room is located on level 5 and is open 24/7. There is one spin bike and a bench for guests to use on a first come, first served basis.
Use your keycard to enter.
Guests use the equipment at their own risk. Grea Iras is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or misuse.
Please stay hydrated and leave the gym tidy for other guests. Please wipe down equipment after use with the hygiene wipes provided.
Please follow all posted safety guidelines.
SmartBed™
Press the button on the right side of the bed to recline your bed from a couch to a fully flat bed.
AC & Heating
The AC control is mounted on the wall by the front door. Please turn off when leaving
Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors cannot stay overnight.
Balcony & Window Safety: Do not lean or climb on railings or windows.
Prohibited Items: Fireworks, candles, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are not allowed.
Security Cameras: CCTV in staircases and public areas for your security and safety.
Treat the apartment as your home. Wash dishes and dispose of rubbish regularly.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
Noise: Please respect the other guests and abide by local legislation by keeping noise to a minimum between 3:00-5:30pm and 10:00pm – 8:00am. Parties, loud music, or gatherings are not permitted and breach of peace during these hours can result in a fine or even imprisonment.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking building. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited and will result in a fine of €250. If you wish to smoke or vape, please use the park opposite our building and next to the church.
House rules
In case of fire, water leak, or power outage, remain calm, exit safely, and notify the emergency services.
Please check the evacuation plan on the back of your apartment door. The evacuation point is the corner of the church garden opposite this building.
Fire Safety
Fire extinguisher and evacuation break points are placed at the entrance of the corridors to the flats, on your right-hand side except for the 4th and 5th floors
Smoke detector: inside every room and in all corridors
Emergency exit: Follow corridor signs to the nearest stairwell (map provided on the back of the apartment door)
