How it works
Get your door codes. All aparthotel bookings in Athens will receive a personal door code 3-days before arrival, don’t worry if you miss it, we’ll send a reminder on the day of check-in.
Room key in Apple Wallet. If you would like to use room key in Apple Wallet, You’ll get a link via email 3-days prior to arrival to complete your online profile. Your room key will activate on the day of your arrival. Your room key in Apple Wallet will open the building door and your apartment door. Your apartment number will be on your room key in Apple Wallet.
If you’re not using room key in Apple Wallet. Use the keypad to enter. Just punch in your access code on the keypad (on or next to the door) and you’re in! Proceed to the self-service stations to check-in and create your own key.

Once you have checked-in online you will receive your apartment number via email. If you check-in at the self-service kiosks your apartment number will display on the screen.

Now you can add your Hotel to Apple Wallet and access all areas of the hotel with only your iPhone and Apple Watch. It's easy, convenient, and private.

If your iPhone needs a charge, your room keys in Apple Wallet will still work. Power Reserve provides up to five hours of access, so you can still get inside. Power reserve works with Express mode for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, and more recent devices.

Your room key in Apple Wallet can be used even if iPhone or Apple Watch does not have network connectivity, as the room key is stored on your device.

Yes. Your room key will be automatically activated for each room that you have reserved.

With Express Mode, you don’t need to wake or unlock your iPhone or Apple Watch to use your room key in Apple Wallet.

There is no additional cost to add or use your room key in Apple Wallet.

To add and use a room key in Apple Wallet, an iPhone 6S or later, or iPhone SE (2nd generation), with the latest version of iOS. Optionally, an Apple Watch Series 5 or later, or Apple Watch SE, with the latest version of Apple WatchOS.

When you add a room key to Apple Wallet on your iPhone, it is automatically added to your paired Apple Watch. Once your room key has been added, simply hold your Apple Watch near the reader to unlock.

After booking, you can add your room key to Apple Wallet via the hotel or resort app. Your room key will be activated once you check in and your room is assigned. To use your room key, simply hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the door lock. With Express Mode, there’s no need to unlock your device or open an app.

Standard digital keys utilise Bluetooth technology that allow guests to use apps on their iPhone or Android phone as a digital key. Your room key in Apple Wallet can be securely used without opening an app or even unlocking your device. If you change rooms or add a few extra nights to your stay, your room key automatically updates in the background so there's no extra work for you, and no extra trips to the front desk. And if you’re out late to dinner, your room key in Apple Wallet may work for up to five hours after your device needs a charge.

When your hotel is added to Apple Wallet on your iPhone and Apple Watch, it’s stored on your device, which means Apple doesn’t see the spaces you access or when. Your data is private and secure.

A room key can be added to Apple Wallet after you book a reservation. The room key will automatically activate once you check in and your room has been assigned.

If your iPhone or Apple Watch is misplaced or lost, you should use Find My iPhone to suspend or deactivate your room key in Apple Wallet. Instructions for Lost/Found Apple devices and Find My iPhone are located at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201472. Your room key in Apple Wallet will then be reactivated once your device is recovered. You can reactivate a found device that was suspended via iCloud.com.

If you think your iPhone or Apple Watch is lost or stolen, you can use iCloud.com or the Find My app on another Apple device to suspend or deactivate your room key in Apple Wallet. Visit support.apple.com to learn what to do if your iPhone is lost or stolen, or if your Apple Watch is lost or stolen. If you need a new room key, please visit the front desk.
