Grea Iras arrival guide.

Ready to touch down? Here’s a rundown of everything you need to know about your online check in, getting into the building and meeting your apartment.

  • Before your stay, you will be sent a link to check-in online via email and/or WhatsApp.

    We recommend that you complete the online check in before your arrival.

    On your check-in day, you will be notified when your apartment is ready and the number of your apartment.

  • You’ll receive a unique six-digit door code before arrival. Don’t worry if you miss it as we’ll send a reminder on the day of check-in.

    The door code will give you access to the building from 8am on the day of your arrival. Please note that your apartment won’t be ready until 3pm.

    The door code is unique to your booking. Please do not give this code to anyone who is not part of your booking.

  • Just punch in your unique six-digit code on the keypad next to the main entrance and you’re in!

    Your door code will give you access from 8am on the day of your arrival. Your apartment will be ready from 3pm.

    Luggage lockers are available at the property if you’d like to arrive early and leave your bags. These are free to use and available on a first come, first served basis.

    The building entrance is at the side of the building on a slope. Look for the Grea Iras sign and the entrance is just beyond it.

  • Luggage lockers are available at the property if you’d like to arrive early and leave your bags. These are located right by the entrance and instructions are on the inside of the door. Luggage is left at your own risk.

  • You will receive a notification via email and/or WhatsApp when your apartment is ready.

    Proceed to the self-service station located just beyond the luggage lockers to complete check-in and create your keycard.

    Then head to your apartment!

  • Head to your apartment and use your keycard to enter. Your keycard will also give you access to the building - just scan it over the keypad.

    Scan the QR code by the door of your apartment to view a guide to your apartment. This also includes a link to the Grea Iras WhatsApp so you can access our 24/7 remote concierge crew.

  • Your unique door code will give you access to the building throughout your stay.

    You can also use your keycard to access the building - just scan it over the keypad.

    Your keycard will work until 11am on your check out day.

    The door code will give you access until 3pm on your check out day.

  • Please check-out by 11:00am on the day of your departure. Please note your keycard will stop working after this time.

    You can store your luggage in the luggage lockers until 3pm on the day of your departure.

Troubleshooting.

  • We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still no luck? Reach out to us directly at contact@greairas.com —we’ll get you sorted as soon as we can.

  • If you check-in online, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp when your apartment is ready, including the number of your apartment.

    If you check-in at the self-service stations, your apartment number will display on the screen.

  • There is a QR code by the entrance door to connect with our 24/7 remote crew via WhatsApp.

  • No, full payment for your stay will be taken when you make your booking.

  • Grea Iras does not have staff on site. Our remote concierge crew is available 24/7. You will be able to contact them via WhatsApp when you arrive at Grea Iras.
